Shipping policy

How will my order ship?

All products are shipped from within Canada.
Orders within Canada are sent via Canada Post and typically arrive in 2–3 business days. We fulfill all orders within 24 hours, and a tracking code will be emailed once your order ships.

For U.S. orders, we ship via UPS or FedEx.
International orders are shipped via FedEx International (see details below).

Average shipping times:

2-Day: 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Overnight: Next business day delivery between 10:30 AM–12:30 PM

FedEx International: 2–6 business days

Is a signature required?

No, but you can select this option at checkout if preferred.

What if my order is lost during transit?

If your order is lost in transit, email us right away at info@worldofbergamo.com. We’ll coordinate with the carrier to locate your package and arrange a replacement if appropriate.
Note: Bergamo is not liable for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier.

What if my order is delayed during shipping?

Shipping delays may occur due to weather or carrier issues beyond our control. Once a package leaves our facility, we cannot adjust shipping speed or influence delays caused by external factors.

What if I miss a delivery attempt?

Bergamo is not responsible for delays if you are unavailable to receive the delivery.
If your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for re-shipment costs.

International Orders

Please note the following for all international shipments:

Prices and shipping fees do not include customs duties, VAT, tariffs, or brokerage fees—these are the buyer’s responsibility.

The recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all local laws and import regulations.

Bergamo is not liable for delays caused by customs.

Any costs from a refused delivery (due to high duties, taxes, or import restrictions) will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Sales Tax

Sales tax, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout.
