Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. A valid proof of purchase is also required.
Please note: We do not offer exchanges on out-of-stock items.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued via e-transfer to the email you provided.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
To get your preferred item faster, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved, as we cannot guarantee stock availability during the exchange process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@worldofbergamo.com so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, personal care products (such as skincare) are non-returnable.
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before sending it back.
